I had a very disappointing experience at this Patel Brothers location. After entering the store, I grabbed a cart and finished all of my grocery shopping. At the end, I wanted to buy two bunches of fresh mint. The mint on the shelf was old and partially spoiled, but I noticed there was a box of fresh mint that had just been brought out. I politely asked an employee named Jose if I could have two bunches from the fresh box. Instead of helping me, he responded in a loud and rude tone, telling me “no.” Even after I pointed out the fresh mint and politely asked again, he looked at me disrespectfully and refused to help. I was honestly surprised by how unprofessional and unfriendly the interaction was. Good customer service is about treating customers with respect, even when a request cannot be fulfilled. In this case, the employee’s attitude made me feel unwelcome and disrespected. I have visited other Patel Brothers stores, and the customer service there has been much better. Unfortunately, this location gave me a completely different experience. I also noticed that employees did not greet customers when they entered the store, and when customers asked for assistance, they did not

it is a big store. They carry most Indian vegetables and other food items. Produce seems to be okay. My brother and his wife always buy there as it is close to their place. Staff are friendly and helpful. close to Hwy and lots of parking space.

Overall reasonable store and can get grocery items, vegetables etc. However, I would want to be careful while buying frozen products. It has happened two times that frozen item came with the mold. Most of the time, we throw away the receipt, they don’t refund or take back the bad frozen product. I am more concerned about the food quality than the refund. Either their freezers are broken or somewhere in the food supply chain, frozen food went through thawing process. Just open the frozen food box or packet in front of them before paying and check if it is right. I hope they will investigate and take corrective action.

I had a great experience shopping at Patel brothers they have very good deals going on this weekend on dals and the spices. And they have perfect fresh rotis which were homemade. Everything is well organised and reasonable price. Their produce was so fresh and had a wide range of authentic Indian groceries. The staff were also helpful and friendly. Highly recommended

Great for Vegetables and Indian Groceries ​We recently went to Patel Brothers specifically to shop for vegetables, and it was a great choice. ​They have an excellent selection of fresh "desi" vegetables, which is exactly what we were looking for. Beyond the produce, the overall availability of Indian products is huge—you can find just about anything you need. If you're stocking up on Indian groceries or just need good quality vegetables, this is the place to go.
